This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for the Mint2Be Lifestyle Shopify store. Read it together with that policy’s descriptions of information, sources, purposes, recipients and retention.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to our processing, you may request access to information about collection and disclosure, a copy of your information, correction or deletion, subject to lawful exceptions. You may also opt out of sale or sharing and limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising these rights.
Sale, sharing and your choices
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. The Shopify disclosure explains its enhanced processing. Advertising-related transfers can qualify as sale or sharing even when no money is paid for customer information.
Use Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to access the configured opt-out process. Shopify’s tools support applicable Global Privacy Control signals. Submit a request
Email orders@mint2belifestyle.com with “California privacy request” and describe your request. You may use an authorized agent. We may verify identity or agent authority where appropriate; opt-out requests do not require the same identity verification as access or deletion requests. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless a necessary secure process has been arranged.
We respond under applicable deadlines and explain lawful exceptions. You may also use this contact for questions about disclosures for third parties’ own direct marketing under California’s Shine the Light law, where applicable, or request an accessible format of this notice.
