1. Our store and this agreement

Mint 2 Be Home Solutions LLC operates the Mint2Be Lifestyle Shopify store. “We,” “us” and “our” mean that company. These Terms govern purchases and use of this store; our separate informational website may have different terms.

You agree when you affirmatively accept these Terms through a process that clearly links your action to agreement. Browsing alone does not establish acceptance. Read and save the terms presented before purchase. To order or create an account, you must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live and have legal capacity. An organizational purchaser must have authority to bind that organization.

2. Shopify and privacy

Shopify provides our commerce platform. We are the seller and remain responsible for our products, fulfillment and customer service. Optional payment services may have their own terms. Your rights against service providers are not waived.

Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information to provide its services. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which supports enhanced features using information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, including personalization, analytics and advertising-related features. Information submitted to the store is shared with Shopify and service providers that may operate in other countries. Shopify handles certain processing and related rights requests independently. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for information and applicable opt-out or objection methods.

Our Privacy Policy explains our practices and your choices. Accepting these Terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

3. Products, prices and availability

Review the selected size, color, print placement, measurements, care instructions and price. Screen colors and minor production details can vary, but that does not excuse a defect, material misdescription or labeling error. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Styling props are excluded unless the listing includes them.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping, taxes and other charges are disclosed before payment. We do not increase your agreed charge without authorization. Promotions follow their disclosed conditions; refunds reflect the price paid after allocated discounts. A cart does not reserve stock.

4. Orders, payments and accounts

Order Acceptance and Cancellation. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your order and does not constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or a ready-for-pickup notice. For a custom order, payment and the automated confirmation acknowledge receipt only. We accept the custom order after you approve the artwork proof and shirt blank, approve and pay any additional charge that applies to the final agreed choices, and we expressly confirm that the order is moving to production. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud or abuse, payment or address verification problems, pricing or listing errors, product or material unavailability, production limitations, attempts to evade purchase limits, or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, we will promptly notify you and refund the full amount charged for the canceled order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. We will not decline or cancel an order for an unlawful reason.

Provide accurate order and address details and use an authorized payment method. Request changes promptly at orders@mint2belifestyle.com. Voluntary changes or cancellations may not be possible after production or fulfillment begins, but return and legal remedies remain available.

Protect your account and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to law. We may request proportionate, secure verification of suspicious orders. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords or login codes. Refunds use the original payment method where possible; a verified lawful alternative is used when necessary.

5. Shipping and returns

Orders ship within five to seven business days, excluding weekends and holidays; carrier transit is additional. See our Shipping Policy for deadlines, delays and delivery issues.

Request ordinary fit or change-of-mind returns within 14 calendar days of delivery and dispatch approved returns within seven calendar days of approval. Items must meet the conditions in our Return Policy. You pay ordinary return shipping; original shipping is normally nonrefundable. We cover necessary shipping for defects or our errors. Eligible refunds are processed within three business days of receipt, including inspection; bank posting may take 10 additional business days. Mandatory remedies and legal deadlines always remain protected.

6. Customer-directed work

If we expressly accept personalization or customer-supplied artwork, you must have permission for its requested use. You retain your rights and authorize us and providers working for us to use the material only to review, produce, fulfill and support the order and maintain lawful records. Public promotion requires separate permission.

Where a proof requires approval, silence is not approval. Check details carefully. Your approval covers selections accurately shown, not defects or our failure to follow the proof. Additional charges and lawful schedule changes require agreement. Made-to-order or personalized status alone creates no final-sale exception under these Terms.

7. Fraud and misuse

Do not use unauthorized payments or identities, evade disclosed limits, interfere with security, infringe rights, or knowingly submit false claims, altered evidence or substituted returns. Do not conceal reimbursement already received to obtain duplicate payment for the same loss.

We may investigate specific evidence, request reasonable relevant information, preserve records and provide truthful evidence to payment providers, carriers or authorities as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy. We may lawfully restrict access or future orders for substantiated abuse. Existing customer remedies remain available.

Honest mistakes, frequent returns alone, honest reviews and good-faith complaints are not fraud. You may contact your bank or regulators without first contacting us. We do not impose an automatic chargeback penalty or require withdrawal of a legitimate dispute. We coordinate refunds to prevent duplicate payment without unlawful delay.

8. Intellectual property

Our protected original content and brand elements belong to us or their respective owners or licensors. Buying a physical garment does not transfer artwork copyrights or production files. Do not commercially reproduce protected designs, counterfeit products or imply false affiliation. Lawful resale, fair use, honest reviews and other statutory rights remain protected. 9. Warranties and responsibility

Online browsing tools are available subject to technical interruptions. That does not excuse our product, refund, security or other legal obligations. Merchandise is not sold “as is” under these Terms. Applicable express and implied warranties remain in effect.

To the extent lawful, neither party is responsible to the other for lost commercial profits or business opportunities caused by ordinary website interruption. Our liability for an ordinary contract claim limited to website functionality is capped at the amount paid for the order directly giving rise to that claim, if any.

This exclusion and cap do not cover product claims, refunds, delivery obligations, warranties, unsafe products, death, personal injury, property damage, fraud, intentional misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, our privacy or security obligations, or nonwaivable statutory remedies. They do not apply where unconscionable or otherwise unenforceable.

Ordinary customers do not undertake a general duty to defend or indemnify us. Each party retains claims and defenses provided by law for actual fraud, infringement or other unlawful conduct, without automatic penalties.

10. Disputes and future changes

California law governs, subject to federal law and mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. Informal resolution through privacy@mint2belifestyle.com is encouraged but voluntary; it does not delay filing deadlines, payment disputes, regulator complaints, urgent relief or court access.

Subject to mandatory consumer venue rights, proceedings may be brought in a competent court in Sacramento County, California. This is nonexclusive. These Terms impose no arbitration requirement, jury or class waiver, or shortened statutory deadline.

Changes apply prospectively with a stated effective date and required notice or agreement. Earlier purchases retain their agreed terms. Mandatory law controls; additional product conditions must be clearly disclosed and lawfully agreed before purchase. Unresolved inconsistencies between our contemporaneous policies will not be used to reduce your rights. Invalid provisions are severed only as law permits. Business transfers and account closure do not erase accrued customer rights.
