Who this policy covers

Mint 2 Be Home Solutions LLC operates the Mint2Be Lifestyle Shopify store at mint2belifestyle.myshopify.com. This policy describes information handled through this store and related order support. The separate informational website at mint2belifestyle.com requires its own applicable notice.

Information we collect

Orders and accounts: name, contact and delivery details, account identifiers, selected products and sizes, order history and transaction status.
Payments: billing and transaction information handled through Shopify and payment providers, including payment status and refund records. Do not send full card details or login/security codes through support messages.
Customer support: information you submit through messages or contact forms, return reasons and relevant photos or evidence you provide.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser/device details and interactions with the store, collected through Shopify and cookies or similar technologies.
Fulfillment and fraud information: payment-provider risk information, delivery/tracking updates and records relevant to an order, return or dispute.

We currently manage Shopify-store customer records in Shopify. Necessary payment, delivery and customer communications still involve their respective service providers. Sources include you, your device, Shopify, payment providers, carriers and providers supporting the store. If you give another person’s delivery details or artwork, provide only what is necessary and what you are authorized to share.

How information is used

We use information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, provide support, manage accounts and returns, maintain tax and business records, secure the store, investigate specific evidence of fraud and resolve disputes. Shopify also processes store interactions for the enhanced features described below.

If you choose marketing communications, information may be used to send those communications subject to your choices and applicable law. Ordering or asking for help does not by itself authorize optional marketing. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order or service messages.

Information is shared as needed with Shopify; payment and delivery providers; and providers supporting order administration, printing, shipping-rate calculation, customer communications and store operations. Authorized personnel and service providers may access records for their work. Information may also be disclosed to advisers, payment-dispute participants or authorities when legally permitted or required, or in a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We do not publish your support or return evidence as advertising without separate permission. We disclose only information relevant to the purpose and handle it under applicable privacy obligations.

Shopify and enhanced services

Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information to provide its services. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which supports enhanced features using information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, including personalization, analytics and advertising-related features. Information submitted to the store is shared with Shopify and service providers that may operate in other countries. Shopify handles certain processing and related rights requests independently. Cookies and tracking choices

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies for store operation, security, preferences, analytics and enhanced services. Advertising-related data use can constitute “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even without a direct sale of customer lists.

Use Your Privacy Choices for the store’s applicable data-sharing opt-out process. You may also use the Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify’s processing. Where a consent banner is presented, use it to manage optional cookies. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although some shopping features may stop working.

Shopify’s privacy tools recognize applicable Global Privacy Control opt-out signals. GPC is different from the older Do Not Track browser setting. Apart from applicable Global Privacy Control signals, our store does not respond to other Do Not Track signals. Choices may need to be repeated on another browser or device. Third parties, including Shopify, may process interactions across merchants and over time as described in their notices.

Retention, security and international processing

Information is retained as needed for the purpose collected, including order support, accounts, accounting and tax records, fraud prevention and legal claims. The period depends on the record, applicable obligations and whether a dispute or legal hold requires preservation. A deletion request does not always require deletion of records that must lawfully be kept.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and risk; no system is guaranteed completely secure. Our Shopify data-hosting setting is the United States, but Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries under applicable safeguards. A U.S. hosting setting is not a promise that every provider processes data only in the U.S.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses, or appeal a decision. Contact orders@mint2belifestyle.com with your request. We may reasonably verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing or changing records; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we arrange a necessary secure process.

We respond within applicable legal timeframes and explain any lawful exception. To request review of a decision, reply to our response or contact the same address. You may complain to the appropriate regulator. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children

The store’s purchasing and account services are intended for adults. Children should not submit personal information directly. If you believe a child has supplied information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take legally required action. Purchasing an item for a child does not require creating an account in the child’s name.

Changes and contact

The effective date identifies the current policy. We will post revisions and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change.
